CELEBRATING ART FOR CONSERVATION

As we reflect on our work over the past few months, one thing is certain – we are supported, affirmed, and confident that we can continue addressing issues around our wildlife. A proud moment of reflection, in particular, is our Art For Conservation Auction that we held with The Platform Gallery in March. Hundreds of event attendees, bidders, item donors, and corporate sponsors stood with us in the KZN midlands to raise R880 000 for animal conservation. Here are some memorable moments that made the day a success:

  • – Partying with a purpose with Ryan Edmunds at The Gallery on the  Farside Farm, thanks to THIRSTI, Painted Wolf Wines, Stella Artois, Cape Town Gin, Tom Hodgkinson and Andrew Miller of In2Assets, and the team from  Icily TV.  Also Capitol Caterers, Ian Stephens and Andrew Jonsson of ESP Com
  • – Spreading the word and taking creative fundraising to new heights through our partnerships with Mediology, The Witness Newspaper & Gorilla.
  • – And an unforgettable prize-giving courtesy of Zebra Hills Safari Lodge & Zululand Conservation Trust.

Thank you for helping us drive our mission forward. Here’s to building deeper connections, ongoing engagements, and many more years of conservation through art!
